Every AI‑made decision, signed off by a named person.

AI can now draft an enterprise implementation plan in minutes. SignedOffBy records where every line came from, checks every quote against its source, and holds the work until a specialist puts their name to it. Then it seals the record.

01

The AI drafts

A model reads the client's brief against the vendor's own published setup guidance and proposes values, run-book steps and risks, task by task, in the vendor's order.

02

Every line is sourced

The brief, the vendor's guidance or the model's own inference, stated on every line. A quote that isn't in the brief is caught by code and flagged, not trusted.

03

A named person signs

Nothing counts until a specialist signs each task. The person who started the work can't sign it alone. The record is sealed, and nothing touches the live system.

A record you can hand to the client, the auditor or the board.

Each pass ends in a sign-off record: who asked, what the model proposed, where each line came from, who approved each task and when. Its fingerprint is sealed into a tamper-evident chain, so anyone can check later that nothing was changed.

Read from the vendors' own registries

Each plan is pinned to an exact published version of the vendor's guidance, so every line traces back to its source file.
